Product Transparency Conversations at the First Forbes Women Summit Poland
On 16 September 2026, Paulina Kruk, Global Head of Brand Solutions at DeviceStamp, attended the first Forbes Women Summit in Poland, held in Warsaw. Paulina joined the event in a private capacity, but DeviceStamp naturally became part of many of the conversations she had with participants throughout the day.
The summit brought together women from different industries for discussions, networking and new connections. For Paulina, these conversations were especially relevant because many brands are now working through practical questions around product transparency, product data and the Digital Product Passport.

The value of these conversations is not simply visibility. At events like this, networking matters because it creates direct opportunities to exchange perspectives, build relationships and understand the practical challenges brands are facing. Speaking directly with people working inside brands helps reveal where DPP preparation becomes difficult in practice, from understanding which product information is needed to identifying where that information sits across suppliers, systems and internal teams.
For DeviceStamp, this connects directly with the work we are already doing around DPP readiness. A Digital Product Passport depends on more than a final QR code or a collection of documents. Brands need product information that can be connected, verified and traced back to the relevant supplier, material or production record.
This is also why supply-chain readiness remains an important part of DPP preparation. In our article Why DPP Readiness Starts with Your Supply Chain, we look more closely at why reliable product data depends on the wider supplier network, not only the brand's own systems.
The Forbes Women Summit gave Paulina the opportunity to exchange perspectives, make new contacts and discuss these challenges in a more informal setting. We appreciate Forbes Women Polska for creating the space for those conversations, and everyone who took the time to connect during the event.
